On July 1, 2017 East End merged with the WestCare Foundation, a family of tax-exempt nonprofit organizations that provides a wide spectrum of health and human services, and community development programs in communities that span 19 US states, and three US territories The mission of WestCare Ohio, East End Community Services is to bring about a healthy, caring, and prosperous community that nurtures disadvantaged families and children to success through our various programs. Our Vision is that all families and children living in high poverty neighborhoods will have the same opportunities as their more affluent counterparts have to become self-sufficient, healthy, contributing members of our community.
