Hildy's House
Hildy’s House is a 16-bed Co-Occurring Chemical Dependency Treatment Center that provides gender-responsive, culturally competent, trauma-informed services to adult women including pregnant and parenting women with a child up to 1. Services are provided in a safe and nurturing environment that offers a holistic approach to recovery that includes addiction education, treatment, case management, and wellness in a home-like setting.

Blossom House
Blossom House is an 8-bed sober living facility for women which provides a structured environment to assist in the road to recovery. This facility is funded by Mohave County Probation and client self-pays. Staff assists women with employment, education, transportation, cleaning up legal issues and living skills. Clients must have the ability to become employed, commit to a 90-day stay, attend house meetings, attend AA/NA daily, remain alcohol and drug free, and be serious about sobriety. Children may live there with mom if space is available. A Senior Peer is assigned on site to assist others in their road to recovery. Referrals are made to Blossom House from the local probation dept., local courts, and CPS. It is conveniently located in Bullhead City where access to bus service, courts, shopping, medical services and our Community Involvement Center is readily available.

Diamond House
Diamond House is a 7-bed sober living facility for men that provides a structured environment to assist in the road to recovery. This facility is funded by Mohave County Probation and client self-pay. Staff assists men with employment, education, transportation, cleaning up legal issues and living skills. Clients must have the ability to become employed, commit to a 90-day stay, attend house meetings, attend AA/NA daily, remain alcohol and drug free, and be serious about sobriety. Domestic Violence Treatment
WestCare Arizona provides Misdemeanor Domestic Violence Offender Treatment for defendants who have been arrested for Domestic Violence. Appointments are made at all 3 of our offices for a 2-hour intake process and then defendants are placed into our 26-week state mandated program where they are educated on the effects of domestic violence in their families and learn how to avoid and manage anger issues. The referring courts are kept apprised of their progress and certificates of completion are given at the end of the program. Funding is through client self-pay.

DUI Screening
Through a contract through Mohave County, we provide DUI Screening to all defendants charged with a DUI anywhere in Mohave County. 1-Hr appointments are made at all 3 offices in Bullhead City, Kingman and Lake Havasu City where defendants sit down with one of our specialists to determine what level of additional treatment is needed. After scoring a series of testing instruments, defendants will be given Level 1 (36 hours of classes) or Level 2 (16 hours of classes) where they are to pick a local provider and begin their classes. Referrals arrive from all 5 local courts. Strict timelines are in place to complete this process. WestCare Arizona is responsible to follow the defendant through the process and report back to the referring court of their progress. Funding is through client self-pay.

Safehouse Domestic Violence Shelter
WestCare offers a safe haven for women and their children to remove themselves and their children from a harmful and potentially fatal environment. Safehouse, our 24-bed, licensed, domestic violence shelter, offers warm beds, family style meals, 24 hour crisis intervention, support groups, legal referrals, community referrals, employment assistance and many other services. It is conveniently located within the city limits of Bullhead City with access to bus service, medical services, local courts, and shopping. Victims can stay here up to 120 days and staff assists them with whatever they need to prepare to move to a safer living environment and begin re-building their lives. Funding is through Arizona Dept. of Economic Security, United Way and FEMA.

Outpatient Substance Abuse Treatment
WestCare Arizona provides Outpatient Substance Abuse Treatment for anyone requesting it or if ordered by the courts to complete. Appointments are made at all 3 offices for an intake and then clients are placed into any one of our groups that operate throughout the week. The referring agency is kept apprised of their progress and certificates of completion are given at the end of their treatment. Anyone is welcome to come to us for substance abuse treatment. Funding is through client self-pay.

Rural Communities Opioid Response Program (RCORP)
RCORP is a part of the Health Resources & Services Administration’s (HRSA) an agency of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Through the program, our navigator’s goal is to enable individuals to access and navigate them with evidence-based treatments for Substance Use Disorder (SUD)/Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) as well as create linkages to home and community-based services and other forms of social support.

System Advocacy
Through a contract with the State of Nevada, Attorney General Office, WestCare Arizona provides system advocacy to victims in the Laughlin, Cal-Nev-Ari and Searchlight areas needing legal assistance with orders of protection, dissolution of marriages, birth records and more. Our full time advocate is available to them 24/7 and is often called out to assist the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Dept on-site with victim needs on the scene of the crime.

Transportation
With a fleet of 7- passenger mini vans, WestCare Arizona operates a Transportation Program transporting families and children to various appointments around our local communities and into other parts of Arizona. Referrals are made through the local CPS offices and the vans and drivers are dispatched accordingly. All of our drivers carry cell phones and our vans are equipped with the latest in safety equipment. This service is available 7 days per week. Funding is provided through the Arizona Dept. of Economic Security through a state contract and Arizona Dept. of Transportation 5310 funding. All vehicles are maintained and serviced regularly according to industry standards.
