DONATION: WestCare Kentucky loads up its share of the toilet paper collected during the “Wipe Out Drugs” challenge held in September. WestCare and Hope in the Mountains, a drug treatment facility for women in Floyd County, benefitted from the program, spearheaded by Rockcastle County and Bell County High School students. The program donated more than 5,000 rolls of toilet paper to various groups across eastern Kentucky.
