WestCare provides a wide spectrum of health and human services in both residential and outpatient environments. Our services include substance abuse and addiction treatment, case management, transitional housing, vocational counseling and health education programs. These services are available to adults, children, adolescents, and families.

Dedicated to working in partnership with the communities and agencies we serve, our philosophy is to empower everyone who comes into contact with us to engage in a process of healing, growth, and change that will benefit them, their families, their coworkers and their communities.

Substance Abuse Services Coordination Agency (SASCA) Parole Region I:

• Provide SASCA services in 33 counties throughout California with offices located in Sacramento, Bakersfield, Fresno and Corona.
• Case Management Services to Parolees after completion of an In-Prison Substance Abuse Program
• Liaison between Community-Based Treatment Providers, In-Prison Substance Abuse Programs, and Parole
• Contracting, Placement, and Coordination with Community-Based Treatment Providers throughout Parole Region I (33 counties in Central and Northern California)
• Creation of a Network of Community-Based Programs to Provide Outpatient, Day Treatment, Residential, and Sober Living Environments throughout Parole Region I
• Provide Transportation Services for Parolees Released from the SAP at Corcoran to Residential or Sober Living Continuing Care Services throughout the State of California.
