WestCare provides a wide spectrum
of health and human services in both residential and outpatient
environments. Our services include substance abuse and addiction
treatment, case management, transitional housing, vocational
counseling and health education programs. These services
are available to adults, children, adolescents, and families.
Dedicated to working in partnership
with the communities and agencies we serve, our philosophy
is to empower everyone who comes into contact with us to
engage in a process of healing, growth, and change that
will benefit them, their families, their coworkers and their
communities.

Substance Abuse Services
Coordination Agency (SASCA) Parole Region I:
Fresno

• SASCA provides services in 33 counties throughout California with offices located in Sacramento, Fresno, Bakersfield.
• SASCA provides case management services to parolees upon completion of an in-prison substance abuse treatment program.
• SASCA servces as a liaison between community-based treatment providers, in-prison substance abuse treament programs and state parole.
• SASCA secures contracts, placement and coordination of services with regional community-based treatment providers throughout Parole Region I.
• SASCA is responsible for the creation of a network of community-based treament programs that provide residential, outpatient and sober living modalities.
• Transportation services are provided for parolees released from multiple in-prison substance abuse treatment programs within the state of California and entering community-based treatment.
