Residential Counselor
WestCare Georgia BOGGS facility in Keysville, GA provides residential drug education and treatment services for adolescent males (ages 13-17) who have a history of substance abuse or dependence. The principle approach to our treatment is based on a gender-responsive, modified therapeutic community. This model embraces the concept that behavioral changes can occur through positive peer support and peer pressure. We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the positions of:


YOUTH CARE COUNSELOR (DIRECT CARE) - FT/PRN. Person in this position will provide direct supervision of clients insuring safety of all residents, including transportation, modeling appropriate behavior, and compliance to program rules. REQ: HS/GED and at least 1 year experience working in a residential setting. Pre-employment drug test, background screenings, and current acceptable GA driver's license required. Retirement/Investment-401(k):

  • WestCare matches 100% of employee contribution up to the first 3% of the employee's salary, plus 50% match on the next 2% contribution
