Retirement/Investment-401(k):

  • Eligible to participate the 1st of the month after 6 months of employment
  • Must be scheduled to work a minimum of 1000 hours per year
  • Employee contribution up to legal maximum
  • WestCare matches 100% of employee contribution up to the first 3% of the employee's salary, plus 50% match on the next 2% contribution
  • 100% immediate vesting

Retirement/Investment Program
  • Eligible to participate at the first calendar quarter after one year of employment
  • Must be scheduled to work a minimum of 1000 hours per year
  • WestCare may contribute up to 3% of employees annual salary each year (discretionary)
  • 100% vesting after 4 years of employment

Holidays:
  • 9 "traditional" holidays
  • 2 "floating" holidays annually

Vacation:
  • 2 weeks/year in the first year
  • 3 weeks after 3 years
